We welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in a hospitality environment similar to working at a hotel or Airbnb. Prior experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage reservations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Provide information about the property, local attractions, and services.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
