Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a Constructive Simulation Upper Enclave Specialist Systems Administrator (SA IV - Senior).

Background:

Position Summary

This is a Constructive Simulation Upper Enclave Specialist Systems Administrator (SA IV - Senior) position at the Global Simulation Capability, National Simulation Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations (SO) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science (CS), IT, Systems Engineering (SE) or associated) / 5 yrs. experience within the past 10 years, planning simulation exercise architectures, supervising implementation of communication systems, and integrating Army MCIS in support of distributed exercises;
  • 5 yrs. experience in IT management; experience administering server-side technology and networked computing systems; working knowledge of SQL and DB operations;
  • 6 yrs. of hands-on experience with the JLCCTC systems, particularly focusing on the UE aspect; knowledge and understanding of how JLCCTC integrates with other military simulation systems and training architectures;
  • experience providing systems administration for Upper Enclave, ISSO and as an operator to monitor, operate, and oversee GSC JLCCTC RM, TCSP, and any other cross-domain security devices that function with the SECRET and TS SCI Enclaves;
  • experience in managing servers, workstations, network HW, and understanding of network protocols and configurations; familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing;
  • knowledge and understanding in providing CSSM for UE to monitor, operate, and oversee GSC JLCCTC RM, TCSP, and any other cross-domain security devices that function with the SECRET and TS SCI classification /
  • DoD IAT II / TS/SCI

Support Hours: The contractor is responsible for conducting business while the facility is open, between the hours of 0730-1630 Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. Contractors may work in an alternative workplace when the Government facility is closed. In the event of a Government Shutdown, the contractor may work in the facility, if open/manned, or in an alternative workplace.

Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at Fort Leavenworth, KS. All Contractor employees shall abide by local guidance at each installation as it pertains to access, face coverings, physical distancing, and mandatory quarantine policies. Any unknowns or uncertainties will be resolved with the KO or COR for questions or concerns.

Travel: The Contractor will be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and the limitation of funds specified in this contract.
