As a Salesforce Technical Developer / Architect, you play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust solutions on the Salesforce platform. Here are the essential skills and qualifications for excelling in this role.

In-Depth Salesforce Knowledge:

Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and integrations.

A deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and user experience design.

Capability to devise intricate solutions with consideration for scalability, performance, and integration complexities.

Big-Picture Thinking:

As a Salesforce Developer / Architect, you must be a big-picture thinker.

You take pride in designing robust and scalable systems that handle any load, from a single customer to a million.

Problem-Solving Skills:

You’re an in-depth problem solver, identifying issues before they become problems.

You see the broader context and anticipate challenges in system design.

Communication and Consulting Skills:

Excellent communication skills are essential. You’ll need to communicate effectively at multiple levels within the organization.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll interact with stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams.

Agile Development Practices:

Understanding Agile methodologies is beneficial for adapting to evolving requirements and efficiently delivering solutions.

Integration Expertise:
