Job DescriptionJob Description

ResolveSoft is seeking a talented and experienced full-time Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and administration of Salesforce development projects. You will be responsible for hands-on development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Join our team as a Salesforce Developer and contribute your expertise to the design and development of robust solutions using Salesforce technologies. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and professional development.
  • Must have extensive experience leading/contributing to design, development, and administration on Salesforce platform projects from end to end including identifying and using OOTB marketplace plugins rather than develop code.
  • Works closely with Product Owner, IT Federal Project Manager (FPM), and Federal Technical and other stakeholders to fully understand the functional and technical requirements in case management
  • Actively participates and provides inputs in major design decisions working with Architects.
  • Works with Business Analysts, SME’s, system owners, customers and end-users to understand their mission, current architecture, security requirements and deliverables.
  • Works with the team to build a design (including data/object & process models) that will scale to meet evolving, enterprise, and future state needs with a focus on the project release goals.
  • Designs and develops the system to set the standard for future development, craft an architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security.
  • Identifies and introduces new opportunities to build platform-based solutions to help the users meet their toughest challenges.
  • Must demonstrate experience identifying marketplace plugins and/or designing/developing custom connectors as needed.
  • Experience designing, implementing, integrating Salesforce with federal systems (on-premises, cloud), and demonstrates experience delivering Salesforce solutions that comply with all federal standards such as security, section 508.

Qualifications:

  • Must have bachelor's degree with five (5) plus years (with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce).
  • Full stack experience as team lead supporting architects, leading teams, and developing solutions using agile/SAFe methodologies preferably in federal space.
  • Must have a combination of Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Consultant certifications and or demonstrate equivalent experience. Must have Agile/SAFe, and other related developer certifications and or demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • Federal government experience is preferred
  • Current Salesforce Developer II Certification (no exceptions)
  • Current Salesforce Administrator Certification (no exceptions)
