Primary job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
  • Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of staffing
  • Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
  • Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
  • Work closely with members of the team to ensure that marketing campaigns align with product launches and consumer needs
  • Overseeing the design and content of an advertising campaign to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of professional sales or marketing experience
  • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members and upper management
  • Time management and organization skills in order to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize work effectively
