Position Title: Healthcare Recruiter  - On-Site (Bilingual: Spanish)


Job Summary: The Healthcare Recruiter works closely with our Provider Recruitment team. He/she is the first point of contact for chosen providers to guide them through the application process efficiently. The Healthcare Recruiter is also responsible for reviewing and processing incoming applications via paper and internet, as well as managing and following up on pending applications to resolve them. 


Responsibilities include: 

● Work with chosen providers to guide them in submitting all required work and medical documentation via phone and in-person 

● Participate in orientation by meeting and greeting all applicants, screening them and providing the necessary paperwork needed for them to        start working i.e fingerprints, CBI, employment                verification, reference check 

● Follow up with unattended applicants to reschedule orientation dates, verify attendance for orientation and in-service classes.

● Assist with the formatting of policies, procedures and other documents as necessary 

● Maintain open lines of communication with all applicants 

● Demonstrate service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with others, including, patients, families, employees, managers,      medical staff 

● Responsible for the completion of intake, enrollment, and monitoring ongoing Provider applications 

● Participate with in-service and orientations as requested 

● Ensure a high level of care for the providers

● Coordinate and communicate with various staff in accordance with company policies and to the benefit of our providers 

● Ensure caseload retention and assist with growing the company’s referrals 

● Maintain HIPAA compliance and regulations 


Job Requirements: 

● Diploma from an accredited High School; GED equivalent

● Bilingual in Spanish preferred

● Have experience working with database systems, an innate ability to internalize large amounts of information, experience in HHA eXchange is      a plus 

● Demonstrated exceptional customer service experience 

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
