- Interviewing and Negotiation: Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and close employment agreements in alignment with the company's compensation policies.
- External Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with targeted organizations and represent the company at recruitment events.
- Pipeline Management: Build and sustain a talent pipeline while managing the physician-recruiting budget within set guidelines.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with recruitment goals and provide exceptional service.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to departmental policies, company procedures, and state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- System Utilization: Effectively use in-house applicant tracking and onboarding systems to streamline the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in physician recruitment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively with physicians and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office suite applications.
- Ability to manage a high volume of emails and calls daily.
- Master's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in physician recruitment.
