As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in our organization by actively acquiring new clients and providing excellent customer service to our existing clientele. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and build long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring regular contact and providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct thorough insurance needs analysis to assess clients' insurance requirements
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, providing them with clear and accurate information
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and customize insurance solutions based on clients' needs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide clients with the most appropriate insurance solutions
- Process and finalize insurance applications, ensuring accurate and complete documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management software
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Valid insurance license
