About the Role

As a Sales Agent with Comparion Insurance Agency, you will have the flexibility to develop a lucrative career by providing customers with the Auto, Home, and Life insurance products from a variety of carriers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships within local communities and organizations, while maintaining open lines of communication for future sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new customers and generate leads
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Provide customers with insurance products and services that meet their needs
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Previous employment in a sales representative role
  • A state insurance license or willingness to earn one with training and support
  • Effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
