** $5,000 - $8,000 SIGN-ON BONUS DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE **

Primary Job Functions: Responsible for installing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, & fittings and completing on or below the budgeted labor hours, as outlined by the installation supervisor. Maintain required levels of truck stock items. Perform other job duties as required.

Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, overtime as required

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Benefits: Medical, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Cell Phone Allowance, Company Uniform, 401K Company Match

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Must pass drug and background screens
  • Be proficient in all HVAC install levels and possess the necessary tools
  • Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
  • Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
  • General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems
  • Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for the customer as well as the company
  • Ability to test and balance systems
  • Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial
  • Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
