The Call Center Operations Manager is a critical role that supports ClaimReturn by having operational acuity to streamline workflow, review analytics, identify and resolve bottlenecks, manage case recoveries, and translate analytics into recovery operations. This position must be able to juggle multiple deadlines and changing priorities. Key areas of responsibility are to identify workflow improvements, innovative ideas to increase productivity, and monitor workflow anomalies to promptly resolve. Works in partnership with the HR Business Partner on staffing, recruiting, onboarding, performance, employee relations, and timekeeping.
This is a full-time, onsite, salaried position with standard business hours. Must be an expert in Excel, reporting knowledge in Power Bi, and good business acumen with detail orientation and professionalism. Experienced in call center operations, team contributor, good initiative, interpersonal skills, and sense of humor required. Ability to plan, organize, and execute in a fast-paced, high pressure call center environment required. Degree and certification preferred.
