What would you do as a Serviced Loan Risk Asset Specialist II

The Serviced Loan Risk Asset Specialist II is responsible for performing all stages of default management including collection, loss mitigation, and foreclosure for the Serviced Loan portfolio and maintaining compliance with the applicable GSE servicing guides. Essential job functions will include, but not be limited to, early-stage collection and documentation of attempts to contact, negotiating and implementing appropriate loss mitigation solutions, performing necessary due diligence, and completing foreclosures when necessary. Additionally, the SLRAS must understand and comply with applicable government laws and regulations as it pertains to consumer lending and collection and maintain a thorough knowledge of appropriate GSE Servicing Guidelines.

This full-time position operates on a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, allowing you to maintain a consistent work-life balance while contributing to the bank's risk management objectives. After the initial training period, there is the opportunity to work hybrid, from the 310 Leonard office and home.
