The position is a customer care position, with some sales/marketing responsibilities.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Prior State Farm or insurance experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
- Must have Property and Casualty license, or be able to obtain
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- be computer proficient with MS Office products, Internet
- be coachable
- have a developed sense of professional courtesy and reliability
- have a high level of communication skills
- Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)
- Base plus commission/bonus
