Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team at Progressive Insurance. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, educating them about coverage options, and offering available products tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their unique needs and provide personalized service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience
  • A minimum of two years post-secondary education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
Work Environment

This is a remote position, and preferred candidates live within the state of Mississippi.

Compensation and Benefits
  • $21.50/hour
  • Gainshare bonus up to 8% - 16% of eligible earnings based on company performance
  • An additional 10% when working evening or weekend hours
  • Performance-based rewards
  • Additional $1.00/hour if fluent in English and Spanish and hired into a bilingual role
