Job DescriptionJob Description

The Single Family Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities. This position will be at the forefront of vendor relations and managing third-party vendor activities, as well as, in-house technicians. The position will provide administrative support to directors, technicians, owners, and residents in regard to maintenance tasks and work orders. 

Compensation:

$18 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring work orders are responded to promptly and can be closed in a timely manner
  • Communicate with vendors, tenants, and owners about work orders
  • Be the point of contact for all open work order inquiries
  • Use company software to efficiently assign and manipulate work orders
  • Schedule and coordinate all work orders with techs and vendors
  • Foster good communication with Portfolio Managers and assist with property needs
  • Be knowledgeable of spending limits for properties
  • Execute all billing of work orders and meet financial goals
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a coordinator or customer service position, including experience in single-family and multi-family property management environments
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of local housing provisions and federal fair housing laws
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software used in leasing and property management
