Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience, with a background in business process management, purchasing, and supplier evaluation.
- Certification: PMP certification and training are a plus.
- Leadership: Self-motivated and team-oriented, with strong leadership skills.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage various stakeholders.
- Work Flexibility: Ability to work on-site and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
