Role: Project Billing Coordinator

Location: Morton, PA

Pay: $22 - $23 / hour

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit billings for projects
  • Paperwork associated with estimates
  • Follow up on and collect payments
  • Account reconciliations
  • Maintain billing files and records
  • Communicate with customers

Requirements:

  • Any experience in construction/mechanical is preferred
  • Basic understanding of the billing process
  • Software: Excel
