Back of House Shift Supervisor

Applicants must be able to:
* Work Quickly and Efficiently
* Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
* Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
* Work on their feet several hours
* Lift heavy objects when necessary
* Work a minimum of 40hrs/wk
Additional Requirements include:
* ServeSafe Certification a must
* Over 5 yrs in restaurant management or Leadership
* 2yr College degree or more or related experience
* Bilingual is Spanish is strongly preferred (but not required)
