This is how you will grow:

Acts as the intermediary between the building contractor, installation contractor, and OEMs to facilitate and support installation activities while ensuring seamless coordination and compliance with project plans and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the building contractor, installation contractor, and OEMs for all installation-related matters.
  • Coordinate closely with the building contractor, installation contractor, and OEMs to ensure alignment of installation activities with project schedules, requirements, and specifications.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the construction team, subcontractors, and installation crews to ensure efficient and effective execution of installation activities.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in installation activities, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in installation activities.
  • Monitor progress and performance of installation activities, identifying and addressing any obstacles or challenges that may arise to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate with project management to provide regular updates and reports on installation progress, milestones, and any issues or concerns that require attention.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and resource allocation to optimize productivity and minimize disruptions during installation activities.
  • Serve as a resource for installation personnel, providing guidance, support, and expertise as needed to facilitate successful installation outcomes.
Requirements:

  • 5 plus years in a similar Construction manager role
  • Experience with large manufacturing facilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Thorough understanding of industry practices, processes, standards, etc.
  • Proficient in construction budgeting and cost tracking
  • Solid numerical and analytical skills
  • History of safe, successful, and timely project completion
  • Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Project
