Job description:

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dynamic professional for the role of Director of Cardiovascular Services in Las Cruces, NM.

Key Requirements:
Licensure and Education: Active or eligible New Mexico RN license is a must. Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA) highly preferred.

Experience: Seven years of experience in healthcare, with at least three years in a leadership role. Previous involvement in a for-profit hospital is highly desirable. Proven track record in building and leading teams focused on quality initiatives.

Certification:
BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities:As the Director of Cardiovascular Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of cardiovascular operations, including: Leadership and mentorship of staff. Development and enforcement of policies and procedures. Ensuring accreditation compliance and maintaining accountability for the program's budget and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required). MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA (highly preferred). Experience: Seven years in healthcare, with at least three years in a leadership role. Previous experience in a for-profit hospital is highly desirable. Licensure: Active New Mexico RN license.
