A Front Office Representative at Brand Avenue serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional environment, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining the reception area.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services and offerings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate and support office activities and events.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and efficiency.
