After the hackathon, project submissions are judged by space agency experts and winners are selected for one of 10 Global Awards. • (2)NASA Space Apps Collective is an expansion of the NASA Space Apps Challenge program that builds capacity and skills for the NASA Space Apps Community and the general public. With this knowledge, participants are empowered to use NASA data to advance NASA mission priorities and to make a difference both locally and globally. The contractor will lead the Community Management of the NASA Space Apps Collective.

The Contractor will support open innovation communities, such as the NASA Space Apps Challenge and NASA Space Apps Collective Communities, by engaging members and facilitating external trainings/workshops and activities with Collective Cohort Members and Local Event Leads among other activities.
