We are seeking a highly qualified and energetic technologist with a passion for developing advanced technologies and translating them into real-world applications. Responsibilities

  • Self-started with the ability to recognize and creatively solve complex problems
  • Develop and prototype cutting-edge functional materials
  • Research and Development experience in high performance adhesives and rubbers a plus
  • Perform experiences in an independent and inventive manner
  • Clearly communicate plans and outcomes internally and to customers

Desired Qualifications

  • MS/PhD in Polymer science, Polymer Chemistry, Material Science/Engineering, or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in advanced technology R&D post graduate school
  • Strong Polymer Materials and Chemistry background is desired
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary environment
  • Broad interest in science and technology with a willingness and interest in expanding into new fields
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Good laboratory skills with research experience in polymer science and chemistry.
