OverviewAs the Inside Sales team member, you will assist commercial and residential builders with their product needs, learning the company's wide variety of specialty supplies and becoming an industry specialist. We are looking for friendly and professional team player, who has excellent customer service skills and prides themselves on their detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Greeting client walk-ins (contractors and homeowners).
  • Assisting with client orders over the phone and in-person.
  • Performing supply order data entry tasks.
  • Updating assigned customers with all pertinent market-specific information.
  • Interfacing with warehouse and dispatch team members.
  • Updating inventory, pricing and marketing of materials.
  • Maintaining tidy workspace and literature supplies.
  • Calculate units of measure and costs.
  • Completing other projects/duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
  • 1+ year of recent Inside Sales experience
  • Recent work experience within the Construction industry
  • Proficient math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Proficient computer skills with word processing, email, spreadsheet and inventory software
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish-English highly preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00AM - 3:00PM) with varied seasonal hours
Compensation: $21.00 - $26.00 Hourly + Parking
