Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Water & Fire Damage Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be on the front lines, responding to emergency situations and helping to restore properties impacted by water, fire, and other disasters. Youll work closely with our experienced team to assess damage, develop restoration plans, and execute the work needed to return properties to their pre-loss condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency calls and provide prompt, professional service to our customers.
- Assess and document the extent of damage to properties.
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, fire damage cleanup, and smoke/odor removal.
- Set up and monitor restoration equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and company protocols.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, insurance companies, and team members.
- Participate in on-call rotation, with the opportunity to earn on-call pay and time and a half for call-outs.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in water and fire damage restoration is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in challenging environments (e.g., wet, smoky, or fire-damaged areas).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
