Responsibilities:

· Campaign Coordination: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including tracking performance metrics.

· Event Support: Coordinate logistics and creative assets for trade shows, photo/video shoots and events.

· Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for websites, social media, YouTube, blogs, and email campaigns.

· Website support: Content management and analytics for our various websites

· Creative support: Coordinate with Graphic Design team to manage project deadlines while maintaining graphic standards and brand aesthetics.

· Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.

· Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining marketing materials.

· Marketing Asset Library – Manage digital and physical asset library.


Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.

· Experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role.

· Proficiency in MS Suite and project management software.

· Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, website content management tools and email management platforms are a plus.

· Understanding of social media organic and paid platforms

· GA4

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· This is an on-site position. Normal work hours for this position are 7am - 4pm with occasional overtime required.
