Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Resident Experience Coordinator to join our team at Inspired Living at Ocoee. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing resident activities, events, and outings that promote a sense of community and well-being among our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Engagement: Assess resident interests and activity needs, and develop a calendar of events that cater to their intellectual, physical, spiritual, and social needs.
  • Activity Coordination: Coordinate and carry out resident activities, including entertainment, outings, and events, within budget limitations.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Organize quarterly events that can be used for marketing purposes, working closely with the Community Relations Director and other management staff.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Provide and staff transportation for resident activities and other needs, including site-seeing trips, destination locations, and medical trips.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment and comply with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to assist others beyond job responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Social Service, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in assisted living, with proven management experience and ability to manage staff.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
