**What you'll do:

**

  • Compute, verify, review and post production
  • Close orders/run production reports
  • Process and transmit Weekly Hourly payroll
  • Process accounts payable / purchase orders to ensure payments to vendors are charged to correct accounts
  • Process “Hold for Inspection” documents to determine if “suspect” goods are suitable for sale
  • Unlock and lock-up main office
  • Perform any special assignments or projects and provide assistance to the Accounting Department
  • Prepare/reconcile WIP and raw materials inventory monthly
  • Research inventory discrepancies. Direct, research and correct production reporting issues for inventory control
  • Monthly close, generate and post journal entries. Make adjustments according to monthly inventories to control inventories, close books and generate monthly statements
  • Daily invoicing and create manual invoices for the sale of scrap materials

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of related experience

• Computer and math skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of office manufacturing experience
