Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate proposed solutions and make recommendations.
- Develop functional specifications, system design documents, and other technical documentation to guide system development and implementation.
- Work closely with developers, engineers, and other IT professionals to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and configure software applications, databases, and interfaces to meet business needs and technical requirements.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure systems meet functional and performance requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role with a focus on analyzing and designing information systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in system analysis techniques, requirements gathering, and process modeling.
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management practices.
- Knowledge of relational databases, SQL queries, and data modeling concepts.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
