  • Support and maintain eDiscovery Program in collaboration with the Cyber Security Team.
  • Working closely with Forensics, HR and Legal Teams to perform collection of data.
  • Basic understanding of various forensic tools.
  • Process Trouble Tickets and Electronically Move Data
  • Fulfilling eDiscovery Forensic Requests.
  • Assist in keeping technical and process documentation up to date.
  • Ability to follow playbooks and procedures and execute as documented.
  • Collaboration with internal HR, legal and cyber team.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of Cyber Security and understanding of Forensics.
  • Background in Help Desk or IT support services.
  • Degree in Cyber Security, Forensic Science, Information Security
  • Basic understand of eDiscovery processes and forensic data collections is a Plus
  • Any Tools experience with: FTK, Axiom Magnet Cyber, O365 Compliance Center
  • Technology understanding with Operating Systems, Servers, Applications, Emails and Workstreams
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality.
