Warehouse Inventory Specialist

We currently have an Inventory/Purchasing Specialist position available. As an Inventory/Purchasing Specialist, you will be responsible for all the inventory aspects on site such as stock location and availability, replenishment control and inventory auditing.


The position will be based out of our Cherry Hill location.


Responsibilities include:


  • Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.
  • Managing excess and aging stock.
  • Using inventory tracking system to maintain stock and reconcile inventory.
  • Issuing purchase orders to vendors.
  • Maintaining consignment inventory levels according to usage/need.
  • Coordinating shipments to the warehouse.
  • Tracking, locating, and labeling new inventory as it enters the warehouse.

Requirements/Skills include:


  • A solid understanding of inventory-related best practice.
  • Knowledge of demand and supply planning.
  • Vendor interfacing.
  • Excellent numerical and logical analytics skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
