We are looking for a rockstar National Account Manager to play a pivotal role as we 3x our revenue

This position requires a dynamic individual who can enhance our company's market presence, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction across Key Accounts in North America at Target, Walmart, Costco, Walgreens, CVS and all top regional food accounts. The National Account Manager will work closely with internal teams and customers to identify opportunities, address challenges, and deliver tailored solutions that meet business objectives. This position reports to the Chief Customer Officer.

The ideal candidate will be a leader with high character, high EQ, and a proven history of sales success and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue and profit targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of broker sales representatives, and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify latest sales opportunities.
  • Understand clients’ needs, goals, and challenges to provide customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and problem resolution.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a National Account Manager or in a similar sales role
  • History of strong CPG sales performance within our target accounts, specifically: Target, Walmart, Regional Foods, Club
  • High EQ, very personable.
  • Able to interact and engage sales team members, distribution support, buyers and one up leaders, and internal Advantice Health stakeholders
  • Must go the extra mile
  • Experience with Hand and Body Lotion, Baby, and OTC categories.  
  • Located in New Jersey: NJ, or a major customer HQ  (Minneapolis, Bentonville, Chicago, Rhode Island)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in OTC CPG
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
