Hospice Patient Services Coordinator, M-F, 8AM-4:30PM, in office - Worcester
Position Summary: Coordinates and receives patient/family needs and performs diverse administrative services for hospice. Performs scheduling duties to support the needs of the Worcester, MA Hospice office.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year office experience, preferably in a health care setting.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work with others.
- Excellent phone, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word and Power Point
- Scheduling experience preferred
