Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Return all phone messages promptly
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Requirements
Obtain Property and Casualty insurance license in 90 days (We will pay for study material for licensing)
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Confident, self-starter who works well independent
A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train
Career minded vision.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
