- Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Email.
