We are seeking for bilingual wait staff members to join our team at El Punto Familiar Restaurant. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

El Punto Familiar Restaurant has been serving delicious Latin American cuisine in Pascagoula, MS for over 10 years. Our customers love the authentic flavors and warm hospitality, and our employees enjoy being part of a close-knit team in a vibrant and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests in both Spanish and English
  • Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holiday.
Compensation:
  • We offer double the standard base pay plus you keep all tips.
