Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Timekeeper to join our team at Genesis Technical Staffing, Inc. This full-time position involves scheduling and tracking employee work hours, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee schedules, including creating and editing shifts, and tracking time-off requests.
  • Accurately record and process employee work hours, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures related to timekeeping and payroll.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of timekeeping and payroll processes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in timekeeping, payroll, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus.
