Are you a skilled therapist with a passion for providing top-notch care? We are seeking a Therapy Manager to lead our therapy services and ensure our clients receive the highest quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the admission process, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Assign therapy staff to clients to implement physician Plans of Care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate therapy services effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze data related to therapy services, including client outcomes and therapist productivity, to identify improvement areas.
  • Maintain relationships with insurance providers, contracted services, and community organizations.
  • Develop and implement training programs for therapy staff.
  • Ensure necessary DME and therapy equipment needs are met.
  • Report any issues promptly to the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current Oklahoma license to practice as a physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech therapist.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience.
  • Preferred experience in Home Health or Hospice.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
  • Current CPR certification.
