As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and managing our sales team. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships. We are looking for a strategic leader with a passion for sales and a track record of achieving targets. This position in-office. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives  

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to reach their full potential 

  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships 

  • Monitor construction market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies as needed 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience 

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously seek ways to improve the sales 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record of success in Shop-At-Home or In-Home home improvement sales environment 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related experience in field Sales Management 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team. 

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. 

  • Proficiency in sales analytics
