Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable Food Delivery Driver and Grocery Category Manager to ensure our clients freshly prepared meals reach their customers' doorsteps promptly and in excellent condition.

What you will do...

Prepared Food Delivery

  • This role is essential in providing top-notch service and maintaining the quality of our meals during delivery.
  • Pick up prepared meals from stores and deliver them to various locations within a 25-mile radius of downtown Austin, TX.
  • Safely bag and load meal orders into your vehicle, ensuring proper handling to maintain the quality and presentation of the meals.
  • Efficiently navigate delivery routes using GPS or other routing systems to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, delivering orders with a friendly demeanor and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Some deliveries will ask that you stock the meals in the refrigeration storage. This will include making sure the refrigerators are temperature controlled prior to and post visit
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries, payments (if applicable), and customer feedback.

Grocery Category Manager

  • Visit each grocery store partner weekly to ensure food levels are appropriately stocked.
  • Ensure that each grocery store is merchandised according to the planogram.
  • Connect with grocery store leaders to gather feedback on sku performance and recommend to Snap Kitchen leadership appropriate increases and decreases per sku.


Who you are...

  • Available to work Sunday-Thursday mornings. Fri-Sat off. Approx 25-30 hours per week.
  • Must have your own reliable vehicle with capacity to hold 15-20 bags of prepared food.
  • A valid driver’s license and current insurance are required.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
