A Customer Care Representative is responsible for engaging with clients on behalf of their company through email, phone or in-person assistance. Some duties include, but are not limited to; receptionist duties, electronic scheduling, answering phones/emails, greeting clients, collecting co-pays, data entry, filing and recordkeeping. Qualifications include, but are not limited to; excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, multitasking with strong organizational skills, time-management skills and the ability to work well with a team. Must have a High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license and able to pass pre-employment requirements. Position is full time. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 6:00am-2:00pm, Wednesday 6:00am-4:30pm, every other Saturday from 7:00am-10:00am. Starting pay is $15.10/hr. Pay increase and benefits available once hired on with the agency including; medical, vision and dental insurance, 403b retirement plan with company funded matching, Health Spending Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), short-term disability, company paid long-term disability, PTO and paid holidays as well as offering a flexible work schedule to promote a healthy work-life balance.
