Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Develop and implement a structured sales program, proving its efficacy.
- Assemble and lead a dynamic sales team, ensuring alignment with time frames and budget.
- Train salespeople of all levels of experience on our sales program.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and meet deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in selling and managing in the merchant services industry.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and comfort with technology.
- Openness to applying past experiences to a new organizational setting.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with an emphasis on meeting deadlines.
- Proven ability to sell and manage within a structured system.
