Compensation:

$50-70k + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing & Benefit Administration.

  • Process A/R, A/P, deposits and recording of necessary transactions monthly.

  • Process loan draws for multiple companies monthly.

  • Facilitate monthly and annual excise tax reporting.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data

  • General ledger accounting analysis and balance sheet account reconciliation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial analysis and support decision-making processes

  • Assist in preparing annual budgets.

  • Process & Pay property taxes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 years experience
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs.
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication skills.
  • History of being deadline-driven, extremely organized and problem-solving skills required.
  • Background in Real Estate accounting preferred but not required to apply.
