Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational development/effectiveness strategy, initiatives, plans, and outcomes.
- Drive the organization to a high performance culture, training and development (including assessments, development plans, and identification of career pathways and succession), staff engagement and enrichment, and change management.
- Create and execute a service offering to work with client schools regarding sub-par educational climate and culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or other applicable major.
- Preferred: Certification in Change Management, Project Management, or other as applicable.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience which include leadership role(s), during which advanced skills were developed
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience assessing/designing/delivering and evaluating training and training outcomes.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience creating and leading project plans.
- Ability to effectively and persuasively communicate (speaking and writing) at a level commensurate with five (5) years of in a leadership role.
- Ability to identify pertinent data and effectively analyze and interpret. Ability to use data to effectively solve problems and propel plans. Skill/experience commensurate with three (3) years experience in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of training and development technology commensurate with five (5) years learning/instructional design experience.
