Shift: 3rd shift (Monday-Friday 12:00 am - 8:00 am)

About the Role:

  • Conduct routing quality checks on raw materials, work in process (WIP) product, assembly product and finished goods product.
  • Write reports on testing findings.
  • Record data into check sheets and software.
  • Coordinate the placement of non-conforming product into the QC hold area.
  • Coordinate and assist sort inspections/repack items from the QC hold area.
  • Maintain order/cleanliness of the QC hold area.
  • Responsible for the assurance of all product quality (raw materials, WIP product, assembly product, and all finished goods product).
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of corrugation, bags, labels, and pallets are acceptable quality.
  • Communicate with the other team members and management of quality issues.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods standing and walking.
  • Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. on a consensus basis.
