TH Plastics Inc., a prominent player in the field of custom injection molding, is actively looking for candidates for the position of Molding / Assembly Operator. In this role, your primary duty will be to guarantee the manufacturing of superior products that align with established quality standards and are prepared for distribution.
Compensation:
- 1st Shift - $16.75 / hour
- 2nd Shift - $17.90 / hour
- 3rd Shift - $17.80 / hour

Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with preceding shift operators for essential job information
- Maintain productivity in accordance with specified standards
- Inspect and package products based on job specifications
- Perform visual inspections to ensure products are free from defects
- Keep the workspace tidy and organized
- Provide accurate scrap counts at the end of each shift
- Utilize hand tools effectively
- Report any issues to Team Leaders and Supervisors in a timely manner
- Complete assigned tasks diligently
Requirements:
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive duties
- Proficiency in reading and comprehending English
- Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
- Consistent on-site attendance
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Stand for the entire scheduled shift
