We are searching for a valuable member to add to our brand new team. We are a hard working company and are seeking to grow within our market exponentially. We want employees who are creative and innovative as well as dedicated and disciplined in their approach to their jobs. We are seeking an autonomous and hardworking individual with the ability to grow into roles of increasing responsibility.

Our office is fast-paced where no two days are the same. There is a high level of activity so boredom is not an option. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and courteous manner. You come in contact with many different types of people and help them with their requests. All clients need to be handled with care so we are looking for those individuals with great customer service skills. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls and converting into appointments at a high rate.
  • Working with clients and handling every phase of their jobs (pre sale through post sale)
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Working with employees in the field
  • Responsible for problem resolution for clients
  • Maintaining customer database and input of information
  • Multiple detailed tasks of high importance to the business

Specific requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and ability to grow in the position as the company grows.
  • Dedicated to achieving detailed metrics in order to help the company grow.
  • Outstanding organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Computer experience including our internal POS system and a basic understanding of Google
  • Strong and precise follow through
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills are essential
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks and routine work

Hours are:

Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
