Salary: $40k+


Customer Service Support member needed for a purchasing and marketing cooperative in Indianapolis, IN. Reporting to the DC Operations Manager, the CSS helps to support the customer service team, the sales team, and cooperative members. Processing RMAs (Return Materials Authorization) is a large component of this position. The CSS must work in a timely manner and be a self-starter who can work solo. Experience and knowledge of RMA, freight claims, and order entry processes are must-haves for this role. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment are needed. Salary for this position will be $40k+.
