Production Supervisor

Our Total Recycle Division, located in Birdsboro, PA is currently searching for a Production Supervisor due to growth

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Supervise & track all shift production – gather and oversee data input
• Ensure compliance with D.E.P., OSHA. and D.O.T. rules and regulations
• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Train new hires in accordance with company policies
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Special projects and other job duties as assigned

You Have:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong skills related to Microsoft Office software products, specifically excel
• Ability to bend, stoop, sit and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
