$17/hr+ commensurate with experience

In our time of growth, our McShea Lehigh office is seeking a Scheduling/Coordinator Administrative Assistant to help our scheduling and operations team. This would be a 40 hour a week, full time position, Monday through Friday, 11AM to 7PM. **This is an on-site position 5 days a week.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Setting up work packets for the current day work
  • Setting up work packets for future work
  • Learning how to interpret work reports and assisting in billing notes
  • Mapping and plotting job locations
  • File and refile job folders
  • Assisting in Safety Committee operations
  • Potentially could be asked to go out in the field and do some reflectivity checks on previous work
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned
  • Provide backup support to other departments within McShea on an as-needed basis

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid/active driver's license
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Previous experience utilizing Google Earth a must
  • Any previous experience in a construction/paving/striping environment a major plus
  • This is an on-site position, no remote work at this time--must be willing to work in our Lehigh Acres, FL location every day
  • Previous experience with reflectivity checks a plus
  • Previous billing/invoicing experience a plus
